Crafted from American made HDPE and manufactured with our patented, revolutionarily designed knife edge, our blades provide the perfect balance of rigidity and flex. The result is superior cleaning and ink removal allowing for faster, more efficient wash-up cycles and make-ready times. ​ In addition to their superior cleaning performance, our HDPE blade composition is extremely durable while exhibiting an extremely low-friction coefficient. Both of these characteristics allow our blades to have a working life that is 100 to 150% longer than standard washup blade designs.
